Choose your wedding with Grange Barn
We have created something special at Grange Barn by restoring an old farm barn into a charming and rustic venue in the Cheshire countryside. We want nothing more than for couples and their guests to enjoy a unique day, one they will remember forever.
The Wedding Ceremony
Tie the knot in our ceremony room which is a separate room from the main barn. It has gorgeous views across the countryside out of the beautiful French windows.
If a Summer wedding is for you, you can choose to enjoy an outdoor ceremony on our decking.

We are licensed for weddings and don't charge anything extra to our couples who get married on site. There are plenty of lovely local Church's nearby and around Cheshire
The Wedding Reception
Join your guests for a glass of something fizzy on our outdoor decking or in front of our statement windows, before entering the main barn for your wedding breakfast and evening reception.
Think wagon wheel chandelier lights; hay bales for decorations; a long bar made from wooden pallets and a space full of natural light.

We host weddings all year round in the Cheshire area and the barn has heating for Winter weddings.
Your Wedding Party
Our experienced team will be on hand throughout the day (and of course the lead up!) so you can relax. Our catering and bar partners are excellent and please head to the suppliers page to see menus and guide pricing.

Our beautiful bridal suite has a huge dressing room so you can get ready on site. It is yours for the weekend and is included for the night before and the night of your wedding. So you can party the night away with your guests and then walk 20 metres to your bedroom.

When can I set up for my wedding?We offer 3 day venue hire at Grange Barn. You can arrive at midday the day before your wedding and check out midday the day after your wedding.

Can I move furniture around and add decorations?Absolutely! We love it when couples make the barn their own. We are on hand to help you the day before too :)

Do you offer a planning service?Yes, this is included in your venue hire price! We are experts at all things planning and will help you with every step of the process and, of course, on the day itself. Our coordinator, Rebecca, will end up being your best mate!

Can I have a mid week weddings and are these cheaper?We are licensed between a Thursday and a Sunday, so you can choose any day between this window, but it is the same price as we only host one wedding a week.

Do you have a full time wedding coordinator?Yes, alongside myself (Owner, Sally) we have a fabulous full time coordinator called Rebecca, and event managers.

Are you Licensed for civil ceremonies indoor & outdoorYes, we are licensed under the Cheshire East Registrar team. We have our indoor ceremony room and our decking overlooking our amazing views.

Do you do weddings all year round? What about New Year?Yes! The barn is heated so we host weddings in Summer and Winter. Every weekend of the year (except the Christmas weekend!). We have a special license for New Year’s Eve and stay open later :)

Can I bring in my own caterers and bar team?We have a choice of four brilliant caterers, so we kindly ask that you use one of these for your wedding breakfast. You can see their example menus on the website with guide pricing too. Our bar is run by Vivid - they have been with us since our first wedding back in 2018 and there is no-one else we would trust with the job!
