In our opinion, one of the most important elements of a wedding day is making sure you and your guests are well fed with no empty glasses. That is why we spent a lot of time deciding on our recommended caterers and bar partner, who we trust whole-heartedly with these tasks.
You can find some example menus for our caterers below, but please note that our caterers are all very flexible and will work with you to create a bespoke menu.
The Food
Big 5 Catering is founded by South African chef, Darren Andrews, who has twenty years experience in hospitality, from front of house services to catering on both a small and large scale.
Big 5 offer a large range of tasty BBQ meats, as well as hog roasts, lamb roasts, vegetarian options, canapés and desserts. Darren uses traditional South African techniques to bring an authentic African taste to his catering.
